Hi everyone...this month we celebrate gratitude!
Sometimes we have moments where we feel overwhelmed by responsibilities and our everyday to-do's
That’s why celebrating the good in your life and embracing what is going right is so important! November is a great month to begin mindfully practicing gratitute by
simply taking note of at least one thing everyday that you are grateful for
– a person, a thing, or something as simple as your favorite song! It's also
important to show yourself some gratitude, too.
Reaching our long-term goals is also important, however celebrating the steps
along the way can bring you instant gratification - so what did we do today that
was totally awesome? We can’t win the big picture without today’s little triumphs.
So let's all give ourselves some credit and celebrate at least one thing we
accomplish every day, no matter how small.
In this month's newsletter we want to provide some tips & tricks on how we
practice giving and receiving gratitude and how essential oils can help support
mindfulness.
And because the holiday season is starting, and we eat a lot of sweets around this time, we also want to give you some ideas on how we can maintain our oral health. A healthy mouth is very important as it is the entrance to the digestive system.
