Every breath we take!

The respiratory system is responsible for every breath that we take which transports oxygen to the cells, helping them grow, reproduce, and perform their various functions. Exercising regularly, eating well, and getting enough sleep every day are key to helping our respiratory system function properly. Essential oils can also support clear airways and ease breathing, especially as seasons are changing, there is more pollen in the air and many of us suffer from allergy symptoms. Reducing The Pollen In Our Lives

One of the ways we can support our respiratory system is by reducing the amount of pollen in our life. We suffer from seasonal allergies every year and we want to share our tips for how we decrease the amount of pollen from our home:

We dry laundry inside, so no pollen can get attached to our clean clothes or linens
Using an airfilter reduces our airborn pollen in the home
We vacuum regularly (when pollen season is at its peak, even daily) and put a couple of drops of an air cleansing oil on our vacuum cleaner filter
Using our diffuser regularly with air cleansing oils, like Purify, On Guard or Peppermint
Strengthening our immune system by taking On Guard+ softgelsdaily, helps prop up our body's ability to handle the pollen
