Lets set a Wellness Goal for this Month
We cannot believe it is already September, how the summer has flown by! For us this is always the time of year to reflect on our achievements thus far, and then to look at what we want out of those last couple of months of the year.
We pick some goals to focus on, such evaluating our daily commitment to exercise, check out our vision board and see what we still have yet to accomplish and make that plan, or something as simple as drinking more water everyday
Making time for our own wellness is a key foundation to our enjoying a youthful lifestyle. When we take good care of ourselves, we are better at caring for others.
We like to combine our new goals with an essential oil, Lemon for adding to our water. Lavender or Balance for a relaxing bath. By doing this we create a habit out of our new goal and use the power of scent to motivate our subconscious self to act.
In the beginning of our essential oil journey, we took little steps every day, in order to develop our personal understanding and routine. It is now a part of our every day which is why we advise people who want to make a change in their health to start small. It takes 21 days to create a habit - and discovery is a huge part of this journey!
